Essential Job Functions
- Contributing to the design and architecture of Power Platform and wider Office 365 solutions
- Working as part of a development team to design and develop Power Platform/ Office 365 solutions
- Keeping up to date with advances in Power Platform and how these could be adopted
- Working as part of an Agile project team
- Working in a controlled manner using Azure DevOps to create a high-quality end result
- Providing 3 rd line support for new and existing Power Platform and Office 365 solutions
- Collaborate with customers on any support requests or requests for information
- Contribute to the internal continuous improvement culture
- Accurately plan and estimate development work
- Comply with operational standards and guidelines
General requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience of Power Platform configuration and development
- Ability to support and understand existing systems
- Contribute to the internal continuous improvement culture
- A passion for technology and how it can deliver for our customers
- You are confident and articulate
- Proactive and have ability to use own initiative
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Flexible approach to time management

Technical skills (Essential)
- 3+ years working with Cloud Technologies (Office 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure)
- Minimum 3 years’ Experience of development of Power Platform solutions, particularly making use of Dataverse
- Experience of wider Office 365 applications such as Power Automate and Teams
- Experience with ALM tools such as Azure DevOps
- Strong understanding of the Office 365 platform and it’s out of the box capabilities.
- Understanding of Windows Azure functionality
Nice to have
- HTML & CSS experience
- Experience of building solutions with SharePoint Modern
- Ideally Microsoft certified e.g. MS-100, MS-101, MS-300, PL-900, PL-100
