Executive search or quality contingent background seeking a step up, with full cycle 360 recruitment experience. Must have knowledge of Banking and financial backgrounds.
As a consultant with some success, you will already have an understanding of what excellence needs to look like…We need a strong track-record of successful sourcing as well as success with business development, networking and ability to build strong relationships as expected.
- Sourcing Excellence: Identify and curate top-tier candidates.
- Client Engagement: Pitch to clients, build relationships, and provide consultancy on market trends.
- Market Mapping: Dive into in-depth research and uncover opportunities.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: up to £50k base
Commission: is not tied into a threshold and is up to 50%.
