What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting experienced consultants by sourcing and engaging top-tier technical candidates
• Market mapping in specialist areas such as AI hardware, R&D, and engineering leadership
• Writing clear, compelling messaging and building rapport with niche candidate pools
• Tracking search progress and contributing to project delivery excellence
• Option to progress into 360 consultant work and develop client relationships over time

What You’ll Need

• A strong academic background or prior experience in recruitment/sales
• Passion for technology – especially deep tech, engineering, or hardware markets
• Clear communicator with excellent writing skills and research capability
• Highly motivated, organised, and commercially aware
