With excellent resources at your fingertips, you have the potential to manage a desk with the capacity to generate over £250,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Work on a warm desk with live M&E Construction and Engineering roles.
• Develop and manage relationships with clients and candidates within the built environment and energy sectors.
• Utilise an extensive candidate database and industry networks to fill vacancies efficiently.
• Achieve high performance against billing targets and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience in Recruitment within the Built Environment, Engineering, or Energy sectors is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and candidates and to manage multiple live roles.
• We are able to respond to candidates with Recruitment Industry experience; if you have not heard from us within one week, please assume you have not been selected for an interview.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary to £50,000 (dependent on experience) + Commission to 30% of billings!
