Located in Manchester, their growing 10-person team has just concluded its best quarter yet and is executing an ambitious rebrand heading into 2025. They are backed by hands-on directors and focused on a consultative, relationship-driven service.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead Consultant – lead the desk, grow the team long-term
What Youll Be Doing
- Manage and grow a full 360 recruitment desk
- Consult with clients across a range of tech markets with trust and clarity
- Support team and take part in senior-level discussions and strategy
What You Bring
- Experience: 9–12+ months in 360 recruitment
- Cross-sector Talent: Moving from other sectors is welcome
- Passion for relationships: You appreciate consultative recruitment over transactional placement
- Consistency over flash billings: Steady performance is prized
