Spencer-Richardson was founded back in 2023 with a mission to build a business that would disrupt the sector. We offer an Executive search solution and alongside that a Professional Services team that then support each client within their Corporate Head Office.

It\'s time to grow the team and we are open to the level of experience and sector; we will offer copious amounts of training and support, but we can\'t teach ambition, resilience, and an ability to learn.

What you’ll be doing

• Partnering with clients to understand their hiring needs and culture
• Sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier candidates
• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Managing the full recruitment cycle with integrity and energy
• Contributing to the growth of our brand and reputation
• 360 role

• Proven experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
• A genuine passion for finding and placing exceptional talent
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative
• Someone who doesn’t settle for “good enough”
