Job Overview:

The role is focused on delivering high-quality payroll and HR services to all employees at Beazley.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete payroll process for all EUR locations and produce necessary reports to ensure accurate and timely employee payments.
  • Maintain strong relationships with third-party payroll providers in relevant locations.
  • Assist in global payroll processing as Beazley expands into new countries.
  • Stay informed on legislative and tax updates, ensuring Beazley follows best practices in this area.
  • Regularly update payroll systems, including adding new hires, processing terminations, handling changes in employee terms, and updating banking details.
  • Support secondee data management and handle relevant changes (e.g., secondee grids).
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc management and payroll reports as required.
  • Respond to payroll queries from employees through the shared Culture & People inbox.
  • Assist with payroll-related annual processes and earnings statements.
  • Help with internal and external payroll audits, Operational Resilience planning, and any other related requests.
  • Investigate and process payroll invoices and reports.
  • Support the Employment Tax Manager and Payroll team with tax queries and reconciliations.
  • Assist with the migration project to switch payroll providers in EUR countries.
