Senior Recruitment Administrator | Edinburgh (Hybrid) 1-2 days per week in office

You’ll be supporting senior-level and experienced hire recruitment across multiple offices — helping to deliver a first-class candidate experience and smooth hiring process from start to finish.

What you’ll be doing
- Providing administrative and project support for senior-level recruitment activity.
- Assisting with sourcing and outreach to potential candidates.
- Preparing and distributing interview packs and candidate briefing materials.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintaining accurate candidate data in the HR system.
- Producing recruitment reports and analytics in Excel.
- Ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience throughout.
- Supporting wider recruitment and hiring initiatives as needed.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience in a high-volume administrative, operational, or coordination role.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience coordinating across teams and managing schedules or logistics.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, or LinkedIn is a plus.
