Delivery Consultant at the Stephen James Partnership

Our client, a top tier city law firm, are seeking an experienced property paralegal with exposure to both commercial and residential property to join their team. This is an incredible opportunity to gain an invaluable experience in this specialist team with strong potential for progression.

The Role:

(Responsibilities will include but not limited to)

Documentation preparation and management, including contracts, leases and sale and purchase agreements
Conducting title searches and reviews
Reviewing commercial leases
Assisting with closings
Conducting legal research

The Requirements:

Very strong academics
Circa 1+ years experience as a property paralegal
Experience in both residential and commercial property
Strong interest and eagerness to develop within the property law
