Responsibilities
- Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates within the Marketing industry.
- Lead and motivate a team of Recruiters.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients; proactively maximize business opportunities and market share.
- Managing a full-cycle recruitment process.
- Provide thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results.
- Navigate complex negotiations and coach others to handle tricky recruitment situations.
- Work within a team to deliver on individual and team targets.
- Positively promote the 3Search brand in the market.
What we are looking for
- Demonstrated success in delivering against individual and team revenue targets.
- Extensive interim recruitment experience.
- Experience as a 360 recruiter and manager in an agency environment.
- Strong new business skillset and motivation to achieve development goals.
- Aspiring thought leader in the sector with collaborative mindset.
- Ability to give and receive quality feedback; values kindness and teamwork.
- Passion for recruitment and helping others succeed.
