As Senior Sales Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the sales function and sit on the senior leadership team, shaping not just sales strategy but how the wider business operates. This is not a plug-and-play environment. The sales function has grown organically and now needs a confident, pragmatic leader to bring greater clarity, structure and alignment, without breaking what already works.
To be considered for this Senior Sales Manager role you will have proven experience as a Sales Manager or Head of Sales in a B2B sales function. As well as
