Role Overview
As an Outbound Sales Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective commercial clients, qualifying leads, and booking appointments for our sales team. This is a performance-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys communication, developing rapport, and working toward clear, measurable goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to targeted commercial prospects
- Qualify leads based on company criteria
- Clearly communicate our services and value proposition
- Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for the sales team
- Maintain accurate notes and data in the CRM
- Meet weekly and monthly KPI targets
- Represent the company professionally at all times
About You
- Confident, articulate communicator with a friendly and professional phone manner
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Self‑motivated and target‑driven
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to overcome objections and maintain resilience
- Experience in B2B sales or appointment setting required
