Description
- Provide strategic HR support to management and employees within the organisation.
- Implement and manage HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
- Support talent management initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Analyse HR data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions to address workforce challenges.
- Advise on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent practices.
- Deliver training and development programmes to upskill employees and enhance performance.
- Contribute to organisational change initiatives to support business growth and transformation.
Profile
A successful HRBP should have:
- Proven experience in an HR generalist or business partner role within the FMCG industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
- Ability to analyse HR data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives.
- Proficiency in using HR systems and tools effectively.
- A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
Job Offer
