Base pay range

Profile

A successful HRBP should have:

  • Proven experience in an HR generalist or business partner role within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to analyse HR data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in supporting organisational change and transformation initiatives.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems and tools effectively.
  • A relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
