Base pay range

Looking for your next Clerk of Works role? Join a leading consultancy working on exciting residential projects across South London. This 6-month contract pays £200–£350 per day, depending on experience, with the chance to go permanent.

Your Role

• Carry out detailed stock condition surveys in occupied homes

• Assess and report property conditions against HHSRS standards

• Provide clear, accurate defect reports to support asset management

• Liaise professionally with clients, residents, and colleagues

• Strong knowledge of HHSRS assessment criteria
