Director at Phoenix Resourcing Services Ltd – National Recruitment Partner in the property and built environment sector.

As part of our 2026 Growth program, PRS is looking to speak to experienced 360 Recruiters looking to develop into Team Leader roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years recruitment experience in Engineering, Facilities, Building Services, Hospitality, or Data Centre Critical markets.
• Proven billing track record of £200k minimum.
• Experience winning business with sales, driving KPIs and delivering into PSL accounts.
• Sound knowledge of recruitment processes and the ability to train and lead a team.

Salary ranges from £40k-£60k depending on experience. OTE £100k +.
