Head of Residential Property – Leading Birmingham Firm Location: Birmingham Salary: Top of Market (DOE) Clear Pathway to Director-Level ProgressionA highly regarded, forward-thinking law firm in Birmingham — widely recognised within the local and regional legal market — is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Residential Property to lead their well-established conveyancing team.This is a rare and exciting opportunity to step into a senior leadership role within a respected firm that offers genuine progression to Director level for the right individual.The Role: As Head of Residential, you will:
- Lead and manage the residential conveyancing department, overseeing fee earners and support staff
- Handle a high-quality caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold and freehold transactions
- Play a key role in developing the department’s strategy, client base, and service delivery
- Drive team performance, compliance, and operational efficiency
- Represent the firm in business development, networking, and client relationship management
