Role 1: Specialist Nanny – 6-Year-Old Girl
Hours:Monday to Friday,12.00pm – 7.30pmLocation:Potters Bar Area
We are seeking aSpecialist Nannyto support a6-year-old girlwho was involved in a road traffic accident.
She has no physical injuries, but has experienced emotional trauma as a result of the accident. This role is holistic in nature and focuses on emotional safety, reassurance, routine and confidence-building.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing calm, nurturing and emotionally supportive care
- Supporting emotional regulation and confidence following trauma
- Creating a predictable, safe and reassuring environment
- Supporting after-school routines, play and age-appropriate independence
- Encouraging social development and emotional expression
- Working collaboratively with parents and other professionals
- Maintaining clear, respectful communication within the family
This role is ideal for a nanny who is gentle, intuitive, patient and emotionally present.
