Role: Senior Account Executive – Influencer Marketing

Working: Hybrid

We are hiring a client-focused Senior Account Executive to help with the day to day management of influencer marketing initiatives for a variety of clients across fashion, lifestyle and tech.

In this role, you will manage client relationships, oversee campaign execution, and work closely with creators to deliver high-performing partnerships. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that every project meets client goals, timelines, and expectations, while driving measurable results through smart, creator-led strategies.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, managing communication, strategy alignment, and campaign updates.
• Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns from brief to execution, including sourcing talent, negotiating deals, and coordinating deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with creators, talent managers, and internal teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Build timelines, manage budgets, and ensure all projects stay on schedule and within scope.
• Monitor campaign performance and compile reports with insights, results, and optimization recommendations.
• Stay on top of trends in the influencer marketing space, platform updates, and emerging creators.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 years of experience in influencer marketing experience
• Proven track record of managing client accounts and executing successful creator-led campaigns.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, podcasts) and influencer marketing best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to think strategically while managing details and logistics.
• Comfortable working with fast-paced teams and evolving priorities.
