Description

  • Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to post‑completion.
  • Handle a broad mix of work: freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, shared ownership, Help to Buy/Right to Buy, lease extensions and enfranchisement, transfers of equity, remortgages, and related deeds.
  • Conduct due diligence, draft and review legal documents, and ensure all matters are legally compliant and accurately reflect client instructions.
  • Oversee exchange, completion, financial processes, SDLT and Land Registry submissions.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients and third parties (estate agents, lenders, brokers, surveyors, local authorities).
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, SRA rules, and internal risk/quality procedures; keep CPD up to date.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and contribute to business development.
  • Supervise and support junior team members.
