The role will suit applicants based in the Midlands but prepared to do UK-wide travel as business needs require. This role can offer a hybrid working model – circa 1-2 days per week visiting sites around the UK.

Working as part of a national HR team, the role of HR Policy Partner is a pivotal role to develop and implement inclusive and compliant People Policies for a unionised FMCG business.

This will include but not limited to:

Profile

A successful applicant for this role will have a proven background in developing and implementing new HR policies. Ideally you will have a proven background in the FMCG sector, preferably within a large, complex organisation. Essentially you will have worked in unionised environments. You will be comfortable with UK-wide travel to suit business needs, circa 1-2 days per week onsite.
