A long-established, modern and growing law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join their expanding team in Beckenham.

Location: Beckenham

Salary: £50,000-£70,000 (DOE)

Term: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage a busy and varied residential property caseload independently, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.

About You

• You are proactive and take initiative.
• You have solid knowledge of residential property law (knowledge of property development beneficial).
• You work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• You have strong communication skills and a client‑focused approach.
• You are comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• You can contribute to business development when needed.
