Founding Account Executive | Early-Stage B2B SaaS | Build Commercial strategy and function
£90k - £120k base with a double uncapped OTE and equity
We’re hiring a Founding Account Executive to build the commercial engine of an early-stage, API-first B2B SaaS company selling into enterprise customers.
This role is for someone who doesn’t just want to run a sales process but wants to design it, test it, and scale it. You’ll be the first commercial hire, working directly with the founders to shape how the business goes to market.
The product is highly technical, integration-led, and designed for modern engineering and product teams, meaning technical credibility is essential.
As the first Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for building sales from zero to repeatable motion:
