Health & Safety Manager – Nationwide (Midlands-Based Preferred)
Up to £60,000 + Car Package
We are looking to speak to Senior HS Advisors/HS Managers for our client working within logistics and construction. This is a field-based role involving regular site visits, and would ideally suit someone located in the Midlands for convenient access to nationwide projects.
Responsibilities
- Conducting site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation
- Advising project teams on temporary works, traffic management, and site safety procedures
- Preparing and reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
- Promoting a proactive and positive safety culture across all sites
- Identifying potential risks and implementing practical solutions
Qualifications
- Minimum NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
- Proven experience within the construction industry, including temporary works and traffic management
- Strong understanding of RAMS and their practical application
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel nationwide as part of the role
