Join to apply for the Customer Relationship Lead role at Incora. Our Incora Story is really taking off – we’d love you to join us for the journey. We are currently seeking a motivated customer relationship professional to join us as a Customer Relationship Lead (Derby/Hybrid).

As a Customer Relationship Lead you will be a people person, able to communicate and influence at all levels providing first‑class service to internal and external stakeholders. You will be the voice of Incora, providing first‑class customer service whilst ensuring the customer needs are understood and managed within our organisation. This role places you at the forefront of customer engagement, working closely with a globally recognised and prestigious brand to deliver exceptional service and strategic partnership. You will be the person managing escalations and issues to ensure service levels are maintained for our valued customer.
You will be a solution‑focused problem solver, resilient; able to build, develop and maintain strong working relationships at all levels. You will be a self‑starter, able to work on your own initiative. We are looking for individuals with a solid customer service background with experience of managing large customers and an understanding of supply chain. Experience working with MRP/ERP systems would be advantageous. Most importantly you will be passionate about our Incora Values and exceeding customer expectations.
