Responsibilities
- Grow new business across the retail, hospitality, and leisure industries
- Develop new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls, and lead follow‑ups
- Effectively manage customers, developing and maintaining relationships and additional leads
- Build efficient communication techniques to grow business through networking, email, social media, referrals, events, and sector‑specific fairs
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities
- Maintain and improve the database of prospects
- Research new leads
- Keep up to date with product and service information and competitor offers
Requirements
- Good and demonstrable background in B2B sales
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets, preferably via telephone
- A team player, working for the overall success of the business
- Exceptional telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Experience handling multiple calls and emails daily
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Patience, time management skills, and ability to prioritise tasks
- Proactive attitude with a drive for success
