Sales Executive – Newcastle - £29,700

An established client of ours in the Technology sector is looking for a Sales Executive to join their internal sales department on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding, selling, and growing business for a unique software product.

This is an office-based role in their Newcastle office.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences if required.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Provide excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Experience working with a CRM, maintaining records, and updating client profiles and progress.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
