Salary: Up to £45K + Service Charge

A great opportunity has become available at the fantastic boutique luxury hotel in West London. I am recruiting a passionate and knowledgeable Bar Manager or someone who is ready to take the next step. As Bar Manager you will be responsible not only for the cocktail and drinks menu, but also for the training and development of the team.

- Responsible for a smooth running of the bar
- Drive staff training to the highest level
- Deliver fantastic service to the guests
- Work closely with all departments to ensure the best results are met
- Promote upselling to drive sales
- Manage the budgets and rota to ensure financial targets are met
The successful candidate
- Will have previous bar management experience
- A high level of customer service
- Wine and Spirits qualifications ideally
- Have a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mile
- Strong knowledge and a passion for food and drink
- Knowledge on pricing and sales strategy
