This role is ideal for a driven and confident agency-side professional with experience in FMCG or consumer brands and a proven track record of growing and nurturing key client relationships.

The Role

Acting as a senior point of contact on one of the agency’s largest accounts, you’ll lead day-to-day client management, oversee campaign delivery, and play a key role in identifying and driving growth opportunities. The role spans integrated marketing, including shopper, digital, experiential, and in-store activations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a major FMCG account with multiple stakeholders and touch-points
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships at a senior level
  • Drive campaign planning and execution with cross-functional agency teams
  • Identify organic growth opportunities within the account
  • Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource management
  • Ensure strategic and creative excellence across all outputs
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development

About You

We’re looking for someone who is commercially minded, client-focused, and passionate about FMCG marketing. You’ll need:

  • Proven agency experience working on FMCG, retail, or consumer-facing brands
  • A strong track record in growing and developing client accounts
  • Confident client management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to manage integrated campaigns across multiple channels
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and a keen eye for creative detail
