What You’ll Get To Do

• Lead and mentor a talented accounts team
• Review financial statements, working papers, and reports
• Manage workloads and run weekly team updates
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and team members
• Monitor budgets and identify efficiencies
• Keep up to date with evolving financial reporting standards
• Support business development and identify new opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• ACA/ACCA qualified with 3–5+ years’ post‑qualification experience
• Commercially aware, organised, and able to prioritise competing demandsA proactive communicator who thrives under pressure and meets deadlines
• Previous UK accountancy practice experience is essential
