Role Overview

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and bar, ensuring outstanding service and guest satisfaction. You will lead a small team, maintain high standards, and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train food and beverage staff to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Oversee restaurant and bar operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in creating seasonal menus and coordinating special events.
  • Monitor financial performance, including cash handling and sales reporting.

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience in a food and beverage or hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety and licensing regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
