A fantastic opportunity for a skilled Residential Property Solicitor, Conveyancer, Associate, or Senior Associate to play a pivotal role in expanding a thriving team into the Cardiff market.

Based in a busy Cardiff office, you'll bring your expertise and local connections to grow the team and deliver a high-quality conveyancing service.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, advising on sales, purchases, transfers, remortgages, new builds, leaseholds, and shared ownership from initial instruction to completion.

About You:

• 2+ years PQE with solid experience in residential conveyancing
• Confident working within the Cardiff market with strong connections
• Excellent technical skills and attention to detail
• Strong organisational, communication and relationship skills
