Overview
Our client is seeking a fluent Spanish and English-speaking HR Advisor to join their international HR team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will provide professional HR support across the UK, Spain, Australia, and other international locations, working collaboratively to deliver effective HR solutions aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers, responding to HR-related queries via internal systems.
- Manage employee relations processes including promotions, disciplinaries, grievances, terminations, and organisational changes.
- Deliver training sessions on HR practices and performance/talent management processes.
- Support onboarding and manage the annual HR cycle of events.
- Provide HR due diligence and integration support for M&A activities.
- Maintain HR records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Gather, analyse, and report HR metrics to support business decision-making.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, delivering best-in-class service.
Qualifications
- HR professional qualification or equivalent association membership.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR practices in both the UK and Spain.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar HR role.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage high-volume workloads.
- Confident user of HRIS systems and Excel.
- A proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt to change.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cultures.
- Detail-oriented, professional, and solutions-driven.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver HR change projects and process improvements.
- A natural relationship-builder with strong interpersonal skills.
- Resilient and adaptable when working across multiple geographies.
