Overview

Our client is seeking a fluent Spanish and English-speaking HR Advisor to join their international HR team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will provide professional HR support across the UK, Spain, Australia, and other international locations, working collaboratively to deliver effective HR solutions aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers, responding to HR-related queries via internal systems.
  • Manage employee relations processes including promotions, disciplinaries, grievances, terminations, and organisational changes.
  • Deliver training sessions on HR practices and performance/talent management processes.
  • Support onboarding and manage the annual HR cycle of events.
  • Provide HR due diligence and integration support for M&A activities.
  • Maintain HR records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Gather, analyse, and report HR metrics to support business decision-making.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, delivering best-in-class service.

Qualifications

  • HR professional qualification or equivalent association membership.
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR practices in both the UK and Spain.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar HR role.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage high-volume workloads.
  • Confident user of HRIS systems and Excel.
  • A proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt to change.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cultures.
  • Detail-oriented, professional, and solutions-driven.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver HR change projects and process improvements.
  • A natural relationship-builder with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Resilient and adaptable when working across multiple geographies.
