Recruiting Coordinator

Hybrid (Mon-Wed onsite, Thurs-Frid WFH) | London (King’s Cross) | 12-Month Contract | £43.27/hr

We only consider candidates who can commute to the office 3 days. NO REMOTE option.

Join OpenAI as a Recruiting Coordinator supporting the client’s mission to attract and engage exceptional talent. This role is essential in ensuring operational excellence and delivering a standout candidate experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end scheduling for evergreen and opportunistic hiring needs
• Partner with recruiting operations to solve challenges through data, tools, and collaboration
• Manage clear, timely, and professional communication with candidates and hiring managers
• Handle candidate reimbursements and travel arrangements (domestic and international)
• Greet candidates virtually and in person, ensuring a positive experience before interviews
• Support management of senior and executive-level candidates alongside the Executive Operations team

Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years’ experience in high-volume interview coordination (around 200 interviews per month)
• Strong organisational skills with extreme attention to detail
• Proficiency in recruitment and scheduling tools such as Moderloop, Guide, Slack, and Google Suite (Meet, Calendar, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially when engaging senior stakeholders and candidates
• Customer service focus with ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Knowledge of AI or technology industry trends is desirable
• Experience working with international companies or agencies in high-volume environments
