The Senior Account Manager is responsible for identifying, managing, and developing prioritised accounts in the retail pharmacy and MDS segment in order to position BD products as strategic partner at various stakeholder levels to support achievement of the BD MMS sales and GP targets. The Senior Account Manager is accountable for the development and effective execution of a multi-year (2 to 4 year) strategic growth and tactical execution plan for their accounts and for managing the internal teams to maximize revenue and GP growth and establish strong customer relationships. They will work closely with the wider MMS sales team & marketing team to obtain the required support and ensure the implementation and execution of the plan.

With our technical capabilities, the Medication Management Solutions team are able to manage multiple systems and our operational capabilities enable us to have medications available when and where needed, reducing inefficiency and waste for nursing and pharmacy teams.
We are building a sales team that wants to win and grow the BD market share to Advance the World of Health. Strong command of SFDC CRM is a core requirement. Sales professionals use SFDC daily and should be equipped to succeed.
Salary range for the role: £65,000 - £75,000 + bonus + benefits
