Managing a £10m new build scheme consisting of five industrial/logistic units, associated office spaces, car parking and service areas.

Responsibilities

• Act as principal lead and point of contact for stakeholders, managing their expectations.
• Oversee the site team including site manager, design manager and commercial team.
• Coordinate all subcontract packages, planning, programming and design coordination.
• Chair client/subcontractor meetings and produce progress reports for senior management.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a Project Manager delivering new build industrial/logistic unit schemes.
• Must hold a current CSCS card, SMSTS certification and First Aid certificate.
