Role Overview

The team has expanded by roughly 45% over the past four years and is now seeking a Director or Partner‑level employment lawyer to join our growing team. You may be based in any of our 13 UK offices. The role requires a professional with a strong following or referral network, a track record of leadership, and the ambition and skills to drive business development and shape the team’s future strategy.
