We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual to join our Building Envelope team as an Area Sales Manager covering South West England. This role will form part of the sales team specialising in the Fall Protection and Flat Roof product line.Previous experience in Fall Arrest, Flat Roofing or Building Envelope technical project sales is preferred.

In this role you will manage anddevelop new business in your sales patch (South West) through a consultative sales approach.

Your Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted turnover and profitability targets
• Develop new and existing business within the region by working with sub-contractors, key OEM and distribution partners
• Provide technical and consultative sales support by networking and building strong working relationships within all departments of the customer
• Pro-actively seek and secure projects within your sales region
• Work closely with your peers to fully leverage all opportunities
• Understand your competitors and report back on a regular basis any information of note

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of creating relationships with stakeholders at all levels within the business
• Be proactive and able to take the initiative
• Able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism when engaging with internal and external stakeholders

• Understand market requirements and opportunities
