We’re working with a leading Fintech that’s hiring a Senior Tech Auditor to join its growing Internal Audit team. This is a high-impact role in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment that’s reshaping how financial services are delivered and the Internal Audit team is seen as a trusted part of that journey.
As a senior member of the team, you’ll lead audits covering cybersecurity, cloud platforms, IT change, infrastructure, application development, and data governance. You’ll also help shape audit strategy, influence stakeholders at all levels, and play a key role in embedding good risk and control culture across the bank.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of high-profile audits in a modern audit function
- Direct exposure to leadership, including the Group Head of Audit (SMF5)
- Opportunity to build influence in a regulated, technology-led environment
- Work with teams across tech, product and operations on complex change initiatives
- Scope to shape how Internal Audit uses data, automation and analytics
Qualifications
- Strong experience in internal or external IT Audit within banking, fintech or consulting
- Strong knowledge of technology risk across areas like cloud, cyber, infrastructure, and IT change
- Hands-on experience delivering high-quality audits with regulatory awareness (FCA, PRA)
- A calm and credible communicator who can challenge and advise stakeholders
- Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISM, CISSP or CIA are highly desirable
- Experience using data analytics in audit is a plus
