Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics Sales Consultant SME with a deep understanding of the MS Dynamics sales suite, including CRM. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, with an emphasis on the engineering vertical. This is an 8-month contract based in Belgium, offering a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level consultancy on the implementation and optimization of MS Dynamics Sales Suite and CRM solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs in the engineering sector.
- Support the end-to-end sales process, from pre-sales engagement to post-implementation support, ensuring the effective use of Dynamics sales tools.
- Deliver workshops and training sessions to ensure end-users are proficient in leveraging the MS Dynamics sales suite and CRM capabilities.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of Dynamics solutions with overall business goals.
- Ensure successful delivery of projects on time, within scope, and in line with quality standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics Sales Suite and CRM, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of sales processes and CRM applications, ideally in the engineering vertical or similar technical industries.
- Excellent business knowledge, with the ability to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and work independently.
- Proven experience working in a client-facing consultancy role, providing expert guidance and support.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams.
Desired Skills:
- Previous experience working with engineering firms or projects in the industrial sector.
- Familiarity with other Microsoft tools or ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, Power BI, etc.).
- Fluency in English and Dutch/French (or both) is an advantage.
