What you’ll be doing

• Winning new business across multiple verticals, targeting mid-market and enterprise clients
• Leading the full sales cycle — from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure
• Partnering with internal technical teams to deliver tailored contact centre solutions
• Building long-term, strategic relationships with decision-makers and influencers

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience selling contact centre / CX technology solutions (Avaya, Genesys, Mitel, Five9, 8x8, or similar)
• A strong hunter mentality with a record of consistent overachievement
• Excellent consultative sales skills and the ability to engage at C-suite level
• Self-motivated, commercially sharp, and driven by results
