The Role
- Work directly with internal stakeholders and clients to design, build, and deploy innovative solutions that improve efficiency and insight across marketing teams.
- Introduce and implement best practices in CI/CD, code review, testing, and documentation.
- Build tools integrating cloud platforms, APIs, AI agents, and data sources to solve real business challenges.
- Create dashboards and visualisations using Looker Studio or equivalent, turning complex datasets into actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows, ETL/ELT processes, and scalable media tech platforms.
- Collaborate on greenfield projects, contribute ideas, and help define the future of the Media Solutions function.
Skills and Experience
- Hands‑on, collaborative, and comfortable delivering greenfield products in fast‑paced environments.
- Experienced with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and serverless architectures.
- Skilled in SQL, data warehousing (BigQuery), and data visualisation.
- Knowledgeable about AI integration, agent frameworks, prompt engineering, and observability tools.
- Familiar with automation, ETL/ELT, and modern software engineering practices.
