What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead delivery of AV systems for new builds and refurbishments
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and site challenges
- Coordinate with engineers, suppliers, and clients
- Own handover, training, and ongoing client satisfaction
- Ensure top-quality outcomes — right first time, every time
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience in AV project management
- Strong knowledge of AV tech (Video, DSP, Lighting, Control Systems)
- Familiarity with AVIXA standards (CTS certs a plus)
- Confident with budgeting, site visits, and stakeholder comms
- Skilled in problem-solving, organisation, and clear communication
- Full UK driving licence
