Gambit Search has just been appointed on a mid-level Corporate Associate vacancy to join a leading international law firm in their London office This prestigious firm, with offices across major international markets, has a strong reputation for advising clients on complex corporate matters across a wide range of sectors.

Due to a period of sustained success, a strong current workload, and a growing pipeline of work, they need to expand their corporate team. As a firm, they are particularly well-known for their culture alongside work quality, hence their employee retention rate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on corporate transactions, including public and private M&A, venture capital (VC), private equity (PE), and capital markets.
• Taking a proactive role in managing transactions, with responsibility for drafting, negotiating, key documents
• Engaging with clients directly and building relationships across multiple sectors.
• Working on high-profile cross-border deals, collaborating with colleagues from various jurisdictions and leveraging the firm’s extensive global network.

To be considered:

• 3-5 years PQE with demonstrable experience in either public/private M&A, VC, PE, or capital markets. If you have expertise in any of these spaces, the team are interested. The key part is cross-border and domestic expertise.
• Ideally, you’ll be UK-Qualified but more importantly, you need to have UK transactions experience.
