Litigation Assistant, Catastrophic Injury
Kennedys is seeking a motivated Litigation Assistant to join our Catastrophic Injury team in Bristol, Manchester, Birmingham and Taunton offices. In this role, you will provide comprehensive and efficient support in investigating and managing high-value cases for a diverse range of external clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist with complex motor claims, including those with national media attention.
- Support the investigation and management of high-value personal injury claims and group litigation.
- Assist in arranging expert appointments and coordinating conferences with counsel.
- Collaborate with a team of partners and deliver modern solutions and process innovation.

Kennedys’ Serious and Catastrophic Injury team, ranked Tier 1 by Legal 500, specialises in handling large loss and catastrophic injury claims arising from motor, employer liability and public liability accidents. We manage cases of the utmost severity, including brain and spinal injuries, amputations, polytrauma and more.

Required Experience
- 1-2+ years of relevant experience
- Litigation experience of personal injury defence work
- Experience handling medical chronologies
- Arranging expert appointments and conferences with counsel
- Experience assisting on large cases in a team environment
- Strong written communication skill
