With the huge recent growth of direct‑to‑fan sales, we are seeking a person who can coordinate the entire process of running an artist’s online store from start to finish, including product ideas, asset creation, inventory management, P&L, ticket bundles and merch ranges.

What you’ll do:

  • Set up the official artist store, collaborating with various internal UK/US teams and be the point person for artist management and internal colleagues regarding each store.
  • Liaise with the design team to create the merch range, obtain artist approval, and then get the range into production, ordering appropriate quantities and pricing accordingly.
  • Manage the life cycle of album pre‑orders, bundles, ticket bundles and inventory levels, working closely with CRM/Digital teams and advising best practice on social media assets, digital spend & strategy/execution.
  • Ensure the store is appropriately linked.
  • Maintain the on‑store merch range by staying on top of trends and initiating exciting new drops.
  • Liaise with the Operations Manager to ensure stock is ordered/delivered within the expected timeframe.
