We’re working with a growing midsize Asset Management firm in London seeking a Sales Support Team Leader to play a pivotal role in supporting the Business Development, Marketing and Strategic Partners teams. In this role, you’ll manage and mentor a small team, ensuring smooth coordination across sales initiatives and client engagement efforts. You’ll have the opportunity to shape process improvements, deliver meaningful insights through competitor analysis, and present actionable data to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the sales support team.
- Coordinate sales initiatives and client engagement efforts.
- Maintain and improve Salesforce data and processes.
- Provide competitor analysis and actionable insights.
- Support marketing and strategic partner activities.
Qualifications
- Proficient with Salesforce and confident managing CRM data.
- Highly skilled in Excel and comfortable working with complex datasets.
- Analytical, proactive, and naturally organised.
- Either an experienced people manager or ready to take the next step into leadership.
- Full time or Part Time considered.
