Senior Recruitment Consultant - Specialising in Business Support
PRS Recruitment is partnering with a leading data centre business to recruit a Business Systems Administrator (ServiceNow) – Farringdon, London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a central function team and play a key role in system administration, reporting and process improvements. The role is offered on a 1‑year contract, with the possibility of extension.
- Support the rollout of new system changes and enhancements within business systems
- Manage logging, reporting and general administration to ensure efficient operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve system performance
- Maintain accurate documentation and configuration records
- Provide day‑to‑day support for system users across the business
- Experience working with ServiceNow (administration, configuration or reporting)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Proactive problem‑solving approach and a focus on continuous improvement
