We have a unique opportunity to join our brand‑new Reward Team as a Reward Analyst where you will play a crucial role in analysing, developing and designing our reward offering and processes across the entire business. This area of expertise is a new venture for Radius which we are very excited about, and therefore presents a brilliant opportunity for someone who has an analytical mindset and is ready to take on a new challenge to help us shape our reward structure. You will be working directly with the Head of Reward, collating, modelling and mapping reward data, particularly in relation to the remuneration process, to provide insights and analysis which will help develop strategies, which support us on our continued journey as an employer of choice. The role is broad as we start to build our area of expertise within Radius, meaning this role will stretch across all areas of compensation (pay and bonuses) as well as benefits. Within this role you will lead on all aspects of reward analytics required to deliver the harmonisation project. Your analytical skills will be critical to the successful delivery of not only this project but the start‑up of the Reward function. The Reward team forms part of our wider People Team. This role is based at our head office in Crewe, Cheshire, providing an excellent working environment complete with an onsite gym, changing facilities, café, games areas, and breakout rooms.
And of course, you will be compensated competitively along with bonus potential and a good range of core benefits.
